  2. Increase visibility of WMA and the charitable and educational events accomplished

  3. Keep WMA relevant to women Marines of all ages

  4. Grow and maintain an active network of chapters in every state

  5. Work with other veteran organizations as we achieve our goals

  6. Find additional sources to fund WMA’s charitable and other activities and to ensure WMA has adequate financial reserves

WMA NATIONAL CONVENTION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE

Every two years, WMA holds a national convention and professional development conference where members gather for a week of educational seminars and business meetings to ensure the working order of our organization. Active duty Marines attend via TAD orders for seminars related to their Marine Corps career as well as mentoring from fellow Marines. There is always a little time to partake in what the locale has to offer and to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Marines. It is a time of training, team building and camaraderie for those who share the proud title Marine.

The next Biennial Conference is slated for 2020. Stay tuned for details.
